RESERVATIONS CLOSE SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 OR WHEN FILLED
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE ON-LINE THROUGH BVKC.ORG – NO MAIL-IN
• Grooming spaces are limited. Requests for adjoining spaces must be made together on the same order by adding a second grooming order with the "add more" button" List the name of the person you are buying it for on the second order.
• Reserved grooming space is available in the Event Center Building, beginning Thursday at 12:00 pm
• Reservations are $50.00 for three days
• Limit of TWO (2) spaces per reservation
Reserved grooming space is available in the heated Events Building, beginning Thursday, October 10, 2024 at noon. No partial day reservations will be accepted. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE! Online reservations will receive an email receipt via the store.
Spaces are approximately 8’ X 8’. A dog wash area WILL BE AVAILABLE inside the Events Building. All buildings will be locked by 10:00 pm nightly & will re-open at 6:00 am each day. NO DOGS MAY BE LEFT IN ANY BUILDING AFTER 10:00 PM.
Grooming spaces will be monitored & must be cleaned each day. Failure to follow instructions made by a show committee member can result in forfeiture of a reserved space.
NO EXERCISE PENS, PUPPY PENS OR COCKER PENS ALLOWED IN THE EVENTS BUILDING!
Free Grooming available in the dirt arena located on the east end of the Events Building.
First come, first serve. Limited electrical outlets located on the walls.
Free Obedience and Rally Day Crating is available in the center area of the dirt arena.
Grooming spaces must be vacated immediately after BIS on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
The show committee reserves the right to release to the public any reserved space(s) not claimed by NOON on Saturday. Fire codes do not permit “roping off”, running of extension cords and/or setting up crates in aisles/fire zones.
